What you are paying for

A tool, and a place to put what you make with it. You build your own page using the tool. It lives on a link of the form tiktokseller.co.za/your-name, shows up to 12 items and up to 8 photos, carries your delivery and returns wording, and comes with a QR code for that link.

You build it and you change it. We do not write your page for you, and you never wait for us to make a change.

It is not an online shop. There is no basket, no stock counting, and no checkout on the page itself.

What it costs, and how paying works

You decide how many things to list, and that sets your price. There are two:

• +Under 5 things — R59 your first month, then R99 a month
• +5 to 12 things — R99 your first month, then R149 a month
• +12 things is the maximum a page can hold

The price follows what you actually have listed. List a fifth thing and you move up at your next payment; drop back to four and you move down again. We never charge you mid-block for a change.

After the first month you buy time up front — 3, 6 or 12 months. A 4-thing page is R297, R594 or R1 188.

• +No setup fee. There is nothing else to pay
• +Building your page costs nothing. You pay when you want it live
• +Add things at any time — you keep your page and your link. If it moves you up a band, that starts at your next payment, not mid-block

The price per month is the same whichever block you pick. A longer block just means fewer payments to remember.

About the first month. The first month is discounted — R59 if you list under 5 things, R99 if you list 5 or more. From your second month the normal R99 or R149 applies. Any block you have already bought stays at the price you paid until it runs out — we do not go back and charge you the difference. When you next buy a block, it is at whatever the price is then. We will tell you before that happens.

You pay upfront. This is not a debit order and not a subscription. I do not store your card. Nothing charges you automatically and there is nothing to cancel — if you do nothing, it simply ends when your block does.

Before your time runs out we will message you, and you decide whether to buy another block.

Your buyers’ money never comes to us

When someone buys from you, that payment goes straight to your own account — your PayFast or Yoco link, your bank, your SnapScan, or whatever you arrange on WhatsApp. We never hold it, route it, or see it.

The only money that comes to us is what you pay for your block of months. That also means refunds, disputes and delivery are between you and your buyer. We are not part of that and cannot resolve it for you.

The page lives on my domain. Read this one twice.

Your page sits at tiktokseller.co.za/your-name, and we own that domain. That is exactly why it costs this little instead of what a website normally costs — you are not paying for a domain or hosting of your own.

The trade is real, and I would rather you understand it now than feel caught later:

• −The link is not yours. It cannot be moved to a domain you own
• −The page cannot be transferred to you if you leave
• +Your photos and your words stay yours. Ask and we will send them back, any time

If owning your own web address matters to you, say so before you buy and we will tell you honestly that this is the wrong product for you.

What happens when your prepaid time runs out

The page goes offline. Anyone who opens your link, or scans your QR code, sees a short notice saying the page is not active. They do not see an error, and they never see somebody else’s page.

This matters because QR codes you have printed keep existing after you stop paying. Anything already on your packaging, stickers or business cards will lead to that notice.

If you come back and pay again, the same page returns on the same link — so your printed QR codes start working again. We keep your page for 6 months after it goes offline. After that I may delete it, and coming back would mean starting the page again from scratch.

Changing your page

• +You make your own changes, whenever you like. Prices, photos, items, delivery and returns wording
• +Changes are live as soon as you save them. There is no queue and nobody to ask
• +There is no limit on how often you change things

If you want to run a second, different business, that is a second page on its own link, paid for separately.

What I do not promise

• −Any number of sales, followers or enquiries
• −Any position on Google. Nobody can honestly sell you rankings
• −That your buyers will pay you, or pay on time
• −Uninterrupted uptime. The pages run on Cloudflare, which is reliable, but no website is never down

What I ask of you

Use content you have the right to use, and sell things that are legal to sell. If a page is used for something illegal, or for goods that are not what they claim to be, we will take it down without a refund.

You are responsible for what your page says about your prices, delivery and returns. You wrote it and you published it.

Refunds

Building your page is free, so there is nothing to refund until you put it live.

Once it is live: unused whole months of the block you paid for are refundable if you ask.

If we cannot deliver what is described here, you get all of it back.

Your information

We keep what we need to run your page and bill you: your name, your contact details, and what you send me for the page. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone else.

Your page counts visits, QR scans and pay-button taps. These are counts only — not names, not phone numbers, nothing that identifies a person. You get those numbers every 3 months.

You may ask what we hold about you, and ask us to delete it, at any time. That is your right under POPIA.

Ending it

You: stop paying. That is the whole process. Nothing to cancel, nobody to phone.

Us: we will give you 30 days’ notice if we ever stop offering this, and refund whatever time you have paid for and not used.
